Christmas 2016 and a Snow Day

What a wonderful Christmas we had! The kids visited my parents for a few days before Christmas day so we could be sure everything was ready......We got them back in time for the Christmas Eve service at our church :)

When we got home Kit-Kat left another note telling the kiddos good-bye and that they could give her a big hug before bed time!

We got our cookies and milk ready for Santa!!

We put out reindeer food!

Santa came!! He stuffed the stockings and left 3 gifts for each child :)

My family was able to spend the night with us Christmas Eve and Bryant's grandparents and mom came over earlier to see what Santa brought and to have breakfast......

 Santa likes to also leave a gift for the kids together. He left a note on the mantle that said "open last" and inside it said to go look in the backyard!

 We went to church and then ate lunch at Aunt Melisa's house and then headed to grandma's to open more gifts......

On the Friday after Christmas we hosted our annual "Friends Christmas." Sadly, Aunt Lizzie got the stomach bug so she, Uncle B and Mary-Griffin weren't able to come :(

And this weekend we had a ice/snow storm! We got mostly ice but there was about an hour where there was real snow! We took full advantage for as long as we could stand the cold!

We went over to Nanny's house and hooked an old clothes basket to the golf card for a fun time of sledding!

I got in on the action too! Bryant was trying to throw me out! I know he was ;)
