Kindergarten and Third Grade!

We are back in school full-time! Well, actually we are home for a few days due to hurricane Florence.  Anyway.....our little ones have gotten off to a great start! Corban is in Kindergarten and AK is in 3rd grade! There were definitely some jitters before the first day but we all survived!

Nanny has not been feeling well and had a pretty bad episode with her heart that landed her in the hospital for several days......we took Pa to visit one night :)

This was another night when I was working late. I'm sure they were relieved when those crazy kiddos left!

Corban and I were able to go to the first ECU football game. It was SO hot and they ended up with 2 lightening delays. This was during the first.......

Kona Ice made it all better!
He got to see the players run out and then they delayed again for lightening so we went home and were able to go back the next day to catch a little big of the game. ECU did not win but they did win this past weekend and beat the Tarheels!!!

Wrapping Up Summer

We have had a very busy and fun summer!! Lots of boat rides, birthday celebrations, a Marbles Museum trip and the Watermelon Festival!

We got to have a fun girls night with MG and Claire :)

Mimi set up her own school supply store for the kids to come shop in. She always takes them to get supplies but was nearing knee surgery so instead of taking them to the store......she made her own :)

We also celebrated Mimi's birthday!

Gymnastics party at Lion's Water Adventures!

Canon took Corban to Comic Con.....

Stella took AK for pedicures and ice cream! (Canon and Stella are brother and sister). We are so thankful for our friendship with this sweet family!

BINGO at the Dunes Club with Joanna and her family!

Fun swimming playdate with my childhood friends and their sweet girls!

AK did a cheer clinic and got to cheer at the Conley football game....

I absolutely love these precious feet!

AK and Corban "helping" me get my classroom set up for a new school year....

Corban is a great help with Turner. He really likes being the "big kid"

My parents had the kids for a few of my back to school workdays and the squeezed in a lot of fun!!

Walker and Aunt Georgie came for a quick visit!! I cannot believe that I met this precious family when Walker was only 4 months old :)
A fun trip to Marbles......

Watermelon Festival fun!!!

A last boat trip to celebrate Bryant's birthday and the end of summer!
