Corban turned 2 on April 10, 2015
Waking up as a 2 year old!!
What is Corban up to these days???
- Pancakes and bananas for breakfast most days
- Tractors, trucks, books, puzzles and the iPad for play time
- LOVES to be outside
- Starts most sentences with "look!"
- Speaking in sentences (it is so crazy how well he can talk.....I am so thankful!)
- Takes 1 nap a day and usually wakes up happy. He will stay in his crib when he wakes up in the morning and after naps and just talk and kick the side of the crib until someone comes to get him. When you walk in to get him he usually peeps his head up and says "boo!"
- Is starting to become interested in the potty
- Can work an iPad better than most adults ;)
- Can throw very loud tantrums when things don't go his way!
- Is the most precious, snuggly little guy
- LOVES his "sissy" "Ann Tate"
- knows most colors and can count with you to 10
- Is such a blessing!!
We had a special breakfast of doughnuts with sprinkles!!
On his actual birthday and he had a well child visit including a shot :( Ak also got 3 shots to get ready for kindergarten. He was 50% for height and weight (28lbs). His head circumference is back on the growth curve, praise!! He is still 90ish% but before his growth point was floating out in space! ha! We are so thankful that he is "growing into his head" as the Dr. put it. Both did great with the shots so we stopped by the park on the way home!
We napped and played at home for the rest of the day and the we joined Aunt Cinni and Aaron at Rucker John's for a birthday dinner!
Sunday was his big party day! Mimi and Papa met us at our favorite Mexican restaurant after church for lunch :)
We eat here every Sunday after church. It's our favorite :) This past Sunday we walked in and Corban turned around to the host and said "follow me" and took us all to the booth we usually sit in. It was so funny!
We had his birthday party at the fire station. It was perfect! Corban had a ball! Both of my precious babies slept well that night! Here are a bunch of pictures of Corban's celebration with family and friends!
I love that Bryant's coat is hanging in the background :)
Thankfully, Elizabeth and Aunt Cinni came to help set up and decorate
