Anna Kate exited gymnastics about a month into our "at home" time due to Covid-19. She decided she needed a break and the gym was closed anyway (everything was on zoom). Our sweet neighbor Kassie has played lacrosse for a few years and this season they needed a few more girls to make a team. She promised AK that no experience was needed so AK gave it a go!
I am so proud of how she has taken on this new sport (a team sport!) She has jumped right in and has even scored a couple of goals!
This game she was awarded "ground ball Gloria" for getting the most ground balls.....
Pizza party to end a great season!
The coaches did paper plate awards and AK got the sunshine award for keeping a positive attitude while learning a new sport!
One day we had dinner plans and I needed AK to come up with a quick dessert. She came right off the field and into the kitchen!
