My Homemade Dough-less Pizza!

I got a great healthy recipe from my doctor for pizza. I love pizza but we all know.....it's not very healthy!! This version is extremely healthy and has absolutely no dough included!

Recipe:
Cauliflower
2 T Italian Seasoning
2 Eggs
Mozzarella Cheese
Pizza Sauce
Toppings (I used turkey pepperoni, onions, peppers, and more cheese)

Preheat over to 400 degrees

The crust:
Blend up a package of cauliflower until it is like rice/flour. I had to use a blender but if you have a food processor, that would work better. Take the ground cauliflower and heat it in the microwave for about 7 minutes. Put it in a bowl and mix in the egg, Italian seasoning, and about 3/4 c mozz cheese. Spray a baking sheet with Pam and spread the crust onto the pan. Bake in the oven about 15 minutes.

Remove pizza crust and add all of your sauce and toppings. Bake an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Delicious!!Finished product!!

  1. How much ground cauliflower do you end up with from one package? I am using fresh cauliflower and would like to know how many cups of ground cauliflower I will need to make this non-dough. :-) thank you!
